The Metropolitan Opera: Otello Encore at Cinema Key West 6

Set on the island of Cyprus in the 1400s, Shakespeare’s story of Otello and Desdemona tells a timeless story of love and betrayal, and Cinema Key West 6 hosts Verdi’s opera version on Wednesday, November 14 at 6:30PM.

Starring Johan Botha and Renee Flemming star in this “almost live” opera, a high-definition movie event that brings the thrill of live performance to the silver screen. Enjoy the rich offerings of opera from a comfortable movie theater seat; the performance is recorded live at the Met in New York City the proceeding weekend, then shown as an “encore” at select movie theaters around the country, including Cinema Key West 6.
